Full job description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN.
You will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement at an industry-leading organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to define the nature and extent of problems and providing data-driven recommendations to the Government.

Analyzing relevant data sets, including annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule, and expenditures to ensure project success.
-
Interviewing managers and employees while observing operations to develop comprehensive solutions to organizational problems.
-
Preparing and solving mathematical models to understand the nature of the organization and its relationship within the Government culture.
-
Reporting findings and recommendations to the Government through detailed written reports and professional oral presentations.

Assisting stakeholders with the implementation of suggested improvements to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.

Working across teams to maintain a professional, mission-focused environment that strengthens the organizational foundation.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
-
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable solutions for Government stakeholders.
-
Experience in preparing and interpreting mathematical models to support organizational decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
-
7+ years of experience supporting DoD environments or government contracting.
Clearance Requirements:
-
Must possess a Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
-
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
