Temporary Contracts Support Specialist

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Temporary Contracts Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain the GCS (Growth, and Contracts System), enter all new contract awards and contract modifications

• Work with Contract Administrators to ensure the information entered GCS is accurate

• Work with Project Control Analysts and PS Setup as part of the contract set-up

• Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on existing contracts and make corrections to ensure compliance and consistency of entries

• Train Contracts new hires on GCS processes

• Provide GCS ad hoc reports and queries for management whenever needed review (as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be self-motivated, organized and have strong attention to detail and willing to research, discover and learn independently

• Must have ability to foster and maintain cooperative working relationships

• Experience with MS Word and Excel required

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
