MANTECH seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and growing multiple strategic partnerships that are key to MANTECH's success in the National Security market. The ideal candidate is a proactive "go-getter" with a proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships, developing strong pipelines, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage multiple strategic partnerships, specifically hyperscalers doing business with the U.S. Federal Government, ensuring alignment with MANTECH's strategic objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong communications and deep trust with partner counterparts at all levels.
Proactively monitor and ensure we are meeting all partnership goals, KPIs, and milestones including monitoring business relationships across the company.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive strategic partnership plans for each partner, outlining joint go-to-market strategies and solution development.
Own the generation of a multi-million dollar pipeline of joint deals by collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Capture).
Track opportunities through closure to meet defined revenue goals.
Brief senior executives (internal and external) on partnership strategy, performance, new solutions, and market opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of proven, hands-on experience in a partnership, alliance, or business development role, specifically managing strategic technology partnerships, ideally with hyperscalers.
Demonstrated success in building and executing a strategic partnership plan that resulted in measurable business growth and multi-million dollar pipeline generation.
Must have an in-depth understanding and experience navigating complex partner programs and leveraging them to drive joint business.
Must be a business-focused manager with strong commercial acumen, complemented by high-level technical awareness.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and KPIs derived from partnership activities.
Experience and knowledge of the National Security market is a significant plus.
Ability to travel up to 25% to partner sites, customer meetings, and company events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific technical certifications or credentials related to managed partner technologies.
Knowledge of US national security customers’ missions, government contracting knowledge, and networks in US national security space.
Experience working with professional services/consulting companies incorporating partner products into integrated customer solutions.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $153,800.00-$275,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
