MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance and Test Automation Infrastructure Lead to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.

The Quality Assurance and Test Automation Infrastructure Lead will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the enterprise automated testing strategy, to include designing CI/CD test frameworks, defining strict script standards, and completing required validation tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing the overarching Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment automated testing strategy across the enterprise IT landscape.

  • Selecting, configuring, and maintaining automated testing frameworks including Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or Oracle native testing tools.

  • Framework deployment globally across both the automated financial management (AFM) and human capital management (HCM) domains.

  • Defining strict coding standards for script creation and managing the complex test data management strategy across teams.

  • Seamlessly integrating automated test suites into the deployment pipeline to maintain an optimal flow of value.

  • Eliminating testing bottlenecks to enable true Agile delivery velocity while simultaneously guaranteeing enterprise-grade software quality.

  • Establishing validation checkpoints to ensure zero defect leakage into the active production environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • 11+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated test infrastructure design.

  • Significant experience navigating CI/CD pipelines and scaling automated testing architectures within large enterprise environments.

  • Significant experience establishing coding standards for script development using frameworks such as Selenium or Tricentis Tosca.

  • Experience working across a large team to drive a quality agenda and working with complex, intertwined data workflows.

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical testing documentation and test data management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or relevant automated testing framework certifications.

  • Deep technical understanding of automated validation suites within Oracle Cloud or ServiceNow platform layers.

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $150,900.00-$268,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
