• Diverse Responsibilities: Take on a varied role that includes Pediatric admissions, newborn nursery coverage, special care nursery (NICU Level II) and rotational baby coverage for physicians and pediatricians who don’t see their inpatient newborns.
• Teaching Opportunities: Engage in meaningful teaching with Advanced Practice Providers, Memorial Family Medicine Residents, Medical Students and our HOSA program. Contribute to pre-rounds on pediatric patients, clinical case reviews, and discussions on special interest topics.
• Collaborative Environment: Be an integral part of our Pediatric Department, attending quarterly meetings and participating in the monthly Pediatrics Core Care Team as a valued member of the Pediatric Center of Excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $250,000 Salary + Quality Incentives
• $50,000 Sign on Bonus
• $3,500 CME allowance
