Key Responsibilities:

• Manually abstract and enter clinical data from Memorial’s Epic system into Deaconess’ Epic environment.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient records, including historical and encounter-level data.
• Navigate Epic outpatient nursing navigators to locate and transfer relevant clinical information.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and organizational data privacy standards.
• Meet project timelines and productivity expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating Epic
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with data abstraction or EHR transitions is a plus.
