Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Affiliation Manager to collaborate with the CEO and executive team in the planning, coordination, and execution of key organizational projects. This role is essential in bridging strategy and operations, guiding projects through their full lifecycle from planning to post-project evaluation. The Regional Affiliation Manager will play a critical role in improving access to care, enhancing quality, boosting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, budgets, timelines, and success criteria.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery while balancing resource allocation and risk mitigation.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules or resources as necessary to stay on track.

Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication between executives, internal teams, and external vendors.

Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, milestones, and project deliverables.

Present status updates and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory standards, including CMS, IDOH, OIG, HIPAA, and FDA compliance.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; Master’s level degree preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements.
