Job Overview:

This position is responsible for developing content/workflow expertise for assigned Epic application(s). Credentialed Trainers focus on the provision of end user training in the classroom, via live meeting and/or in 1:1 settings to end users from all levels of the organization. Additional focus areas include rounding, customer communication and optimization activities.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• Experience in a health related or adult education field

Preferred Certification/License/Experience:

• Previous experience in the Epic electronic medical records system
• Previous experience as a trainer and/or mentor
• Previous experience with document preparation (user guides, grant applications, business plans, etc.)
• Previous experience in the outpatient clinic setting
