Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Radiation Therapy team, where you will provide critical care and support to patients navigating their cancer journey. As a Radiation Therapy Nurse, you will have the rewarding opportunity to conduct initial patient assessments, educate patients about their treatments, and monitor radiation therapy side effects. You’ll also play a vital role in assisting with brachytherapy procedures in the OR and supporting the administration of radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring that every patient receives the best care possible.

In this role, you'll work closely with a collaborative team of professionals under the direction of the Radiation Oncologists. Your responsibilities will extend beyond direct patient care to include patient advocacy, providing emotional support, and delivering expert consultation. Your critical thinking and clinical judgment will directly impact the quality of patient outcomes, making a real difference in their treatment experience.

Enjoy the work-life balance you deserve with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, offering flexible 8- or 9-hour shifts, and the benefit of no weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts. This position offers a fulfilling, patient-centered environment where you’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented setting, helping patients through one of the most challenging times of their lives.
