Deaconess is expanding our Palliative Care Program to include a dedicated clinic as well as inpatient rounding services. We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative APP who is interested in becoming an integral part of this growing program.

This position offers the opportunity to care for patients across both the outpatient and inpatient settings, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through complex and serious illnesses.
