  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and midlevel engineering staff, supporting their growth in asset management, maintenance optimization, and reliability methodologies
  • Conduct engineering studies, system evaluations, feasibility analyses, and prepare highimpact technical reports for clients and internal leadership

  • Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Lead high impact asset management efforts that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the life of critical infrastructure and industrial facilities
  • Shape proactive maintenance and reliability strategies that balance regulatory compliance, operational performance, and long term cost control
  • Mentor and inspire teams focused on keeping facilities running safely, efficiently, and sustainably
  • Collaborate with industry experts and company leaders in a flexible, forward thinking work environment committed to finding better ways to support our clients’ operations
