Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of products and services
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems
• Perform quality audits to ensure products and services meet required standards
• Analyze quality trends and identify potential issues
• Create and implement solutions to address quality issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of quality-related issues
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and supervise quality personnel

Qualifications

• US citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering:
  developing inspection procedures
  identifying key process control points
  technical writing, auditing, statistical reporting
  defining inspection criteria
• ASQ and CQE certification
  – or – must be obtained within 1 year of hire

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

• Stand for long periods of time
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Walk long distances
• Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear and face mask
