OFS is seeking a meticulous Quoting Specialist to join our team. The core responsibility is to process requests for non-standard items, capturing design intent, calculating the price, and create our quote.

Responsibilities and Expectations include:

• Learn product related information to foster good decision making and problem solving related to customer requests
• capitalize on guided selling opportunities when possible
• Provide product related assistance to both internal and external customers
• Follow documented work standards
• Work in a group atmosphere with cross-functional teams
• Be customer focused and strive to provide excellent service

Desired skills and/or Experiences

• Attention to quality and detail is a must - Accuracy is key
• Experience in the furniture industry is preferred
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity in reading drawings would be valuable
• Continuous improvement attitude required
• Comfortable with numbers and calculation
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Previous estimating experience is a plus
