ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
• Possess the ability to work with all levels of management by coaching team members on how to achieve production & safety goals for their department
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts while maintaining company policy
• Maintain Lean Manufacturing standards

• Manage inventory and handle material
• Ability to Multitask
• Must be a self-starter and motivator
• Ability to meet scheduled timelines
• Possess excellent leadership and communication skills

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in manufacturing or leadership positions preferred
