OFS is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Corporate Office located in Huntingburg, IN and become a critical connection point between our customers, dealer partners, and field sales team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with field reps and sales leaders to qualify and convert leads, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and support our dealer and design partners across the country. You’ll have a direct impact on our sales success by managing relationships, supporting our market development initiatives, coordinating outbound efforts, and helping shape the customer journey from first contact to closed sale.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of inside sales or business development experience

• A natural communicator and team player

• Self-motivated and organized, with a passion for customer connection

• Bonus points for familiarity with CRM systems and commercial furniture
