The<br>applicant we are looking for should be a detail-oriented individual who displays strong communication skills<br>and is able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br> Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li> Accurately record customer payments in system</li> <li> Update customer accounts based on payment or contact information</li> <li> Assist delivery drivers with COD payment issues</li> <li> Contact delinquent customers via phone or email for payment updates</li> <li> Research and resolve payment discrepancies</li> <li> Generate monthly statements and reports</li> </ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> Basic Computer knowledge required</li> <li>Problem solving skills</li> <li> High degree of accuracy and attention to details</li> <li> Verbal and written communication skills</li> <li> Ability to multi-task</li> </ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> Some accounts receivable experience preferred</li> <li> Knowledge of transportation industry preferred</li> <li> Knowledge of Oracle preferred <br> </li> </ul> </div> </div>
