<div> <div> <p>OFS is searching for Construction Associates to assist our property management team in building, maintaining, &amp; renovating various OFS properties. </p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: </p> <ul> <li>Construct, erect, install and repair structures</li> <li>Layout, construct and install footings, floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairways, etc. </li> <li>Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, etc. </li> <li>Modify existing, construct new or relocate existing structures</li> <li>Read and understand blueprints/drawings</li> </ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Prior construction experience </li> <li>Extreme attention to detail </li> <li>Ability to Multi-Task </li> <li>Must be a self-starter and motivator</li> <li>Ability to lift and perform all tasks involving physical labor</li> <li>Experience with carpentry equipment and tools</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> </div>
