The Director of Dealer Channel Strategy leads the vision, design, and execution of OFS’s enterprise dealer strategy—driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring long-term channel success. This leader acts as the connector between OFS leadership, the OFS salesforce, and dealer strategy, uniting efforts to deliver a scalable, customer-first approach.
This position demands strategic vision, disciplined execution, and exceptional relationship leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep channel expertise, the ability to synthesize data, and the skill to translate insights into strategies that strengthen the dealer ecosystem and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & Dealer Strategy
- Architect and activate a competitive enterprise dealer strategy aligned across OFS regions and leadership.
- Translate dealer insights into actionable sales, product, and marketing strategies.
- Unify enterprise initiatives and field efforts around shared dealer accounts.
Strategic Partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with OFS’s top 20 enterprise dealers, driving joint growth plans and execution.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and co-authored sales plays that expand market penetration and deal size.
- Anticipate and navigate industry shifts to maintain alignment and opportunity at scale.
Program Leadership
- Advance dealer programs—such as RINGS, Rewards, and showroom initiatives—with measurable business impact.
- Develop a national showroom strategy to elevate OFS brand presence and drive engagement.
- Curate tailored experiences and enablement tools for dealer leadership, sales, designers, and project managers.
Business Insights & Enablement
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting on dealer performance, channel health, and growth trends.
- Equip the field with tools, education, and cross-regional alignment to strengthen dealer execution.
- Identify at-risk accounts and recommend proactive strategies for retention and expansion.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in the contract furniture industry with dealer experience.
- Proven track record of building and growing high-performing dealer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and reporting capability with experience managing ROI, margins, and performance metrics.
- Established credibility with dealer executives and sales leaders.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and represent OFS at key industry events.
