OFS is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to be an integral part of our Accounting team, helping ensure accurate financial reporting and effective financial controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close processes
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing documentation for annual audit
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Other financial duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance a requirement
• 1+ years of experience in field of accounting/finance a plus
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills needed
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with general ledger and month-end close processes
• Exposure to financial reporting standards
