OFS Brands is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to help coordinate daily shipping operations and ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and shipping information
• Palletize orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet required delivery and shipping deadlines
• Load containers and coordinate outbound shipments
• Prepare and work with quotes and shipping-related information
• Use computers and computer-based systems to complete daily tasks
• Communicate and work effectively with team members
• Help ensure orders are ready for shipment according to schedule

• Perform other shipping and warehouse duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer experience and basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet required deadlines
• Dependable and reliable
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
