Position Overview

Paragon Force, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistician to support operations at NSWC Crane. This role focuses on document control, workflow coordination, and logistics support activities to ensure accurate records management, audit readiness, and compliance with government and organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in integrated product data environments, document control systems, and logistics coordination, with a strong attention to detail and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute document control and workflow management activities within Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM) systems
  • Process Document Control Numbers (DCNs), project documentation, and records uploads in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain and update Master Document Lists (MDLs) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and version control
  • Distribute and manage controlled documents, ensuring proper routing, access, and compliance across departments
  • Utilize SharePoint, shared drives, and email coordination to manage documentation and workflow processes
  • Support audit readiness activities by reviewing and validating documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Ensure all records meet quality assurance and records management standards
  • Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in documentation and workflow processes
  • Participate in team coordination meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of logistics and documentation tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with document control systems, records management, or logistics support
  • Familiarity with:
  • Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM) systems (or similar)
  • SharePoint and document management platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance
  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD or government contracting environments (e.g., NSWC Crane)
  • Familiarity with audit readiness, quality systems, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with SOP development and process improvement

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
