We’re looking for a hands-on Mold Setup / Process Technician to join our injection molding team. This role is critical to keeping our presses running efficiently, producing high-quality parts, and minimizing downtime.

What You’ll Do
•    Perform mold changes and startups safely and efficiently
•    Install molds, hook up water/electrical/hydraulics, and set auxiliaries
•    Start presses and establish stable, repeatable processes
•    Adjust parameters to improve quality, cycle time, and scrap
•    Troubleshoot molding defects and production issues
•    Support first-piece approvals and quality checks
•    Document setups and maintain process sheets
•    Work closely with maintenance, tooling, and production teams
•    Help drive continuous improvement and faster changeovers

What We’re Looking For
•    2+ years injection molding setup or process technician experience, preferred
•    Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
•    Knowledge of presses, molds, hot runners, and auxiliaries
•    Experience with scientific molding or structured process development preferred
•    Ability to read setup sheets and follow standard procedures
•    Team-oriented with a strong safety mindset
