Cellular Engineer

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Cellular Engineer, Journeyman to develop and test cellular protocols in 3G, LTE, and 5G. NSWC Crane provides comprehensive support for complex military systems spanning design, development, deployment and sustainment in three focus areas: Electronic Warfare, Strategic Missions and Expeditionary Warfare

Duties/Desired Skills:

• Strong software engineering skills including design, programming in C, C++, and python
• Experience in with cellular protocols in 3G, LTE, and 5G
• Testing/evaluating protocols and vulnerabilities of the cellular standards
• Understanding of the foundational engineering behind the protocols, vulnerabilities, QoS elements and device programming

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.

• (3) three years related professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
