Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistician II to provide programmatic and life cycle logistics support for Electro-Optic Infrared (EO/IR) projects managed by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD) at NSWC Crane.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working with minimal oversight while supporting multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic government environment.

Duties:

  • Provide support for EO/IR programs including coordinate meetings, maintain records, schedules, and correspondence; track deliverables and assist in the development of project milestones and objectives.
  • Support Quarterly Program Reviews, Program Management Reviews, Peer and Technical Reviews, and Team Meetings. Develop and maintain meeting materials, minutes, and action items.
  • Track acquisition and procurement documentation for supply requisitions. Monitor material receipt, delinquent items, and inventory updates. Perform inventory control and tracking for product monitoring, shipping/receiving, and repair assets.
  • Maintain and update acquisition, logistics, and technical databases.
  • Maintain Government-provided Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project and Power BI; maintain the POA&M including project schedule, milestones, and resources.
  • Research, validate, and update technical data packages and configuration management records.
  • Review and process engineering change proposals (ECPs) and related documentation.

Required Education:

  • High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.

Required Experience:

  • three (3) years professional experience in integrated logistics support.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with government acquisition processes, document control, and DoD product support logistics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Government logistics databases.
  • Experience supporting Navy EO/IR or similar defense systems.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
