We are seeking a Mission Support Specialist who will provide mission-focused administrative and support services to the Crane EA-18G Growler Systems / PMA-265 team. The primary function is to assist the Leadership Team in program execution and team synchronization.

Duties:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and discipline Leads.
  • Manage high-priority schedules and assist in complex calendar planning.
  • Ensure leadership is prepared with necessary materials for daily engagements and sponsor-level reviews.
  • Assist leadership with the input and tracking of development plans and schedules.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for the broader team as required.
  • Manage the digital workspace ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams groups, channel architecture, and access permissions.
  • Maintain accurate distribution lists and team-wide calendars.
  • Manage the input and tracking of project happenings to maintain situational awareness across the leadership team.
  • Gather and synthesize inputs from the team for weekly (and other periodic) reports/data calls for project deliverables, happenings, updates, risk management activity, etc.
  • Orchestrate the administrative requirements for leadership and team meetings to ensure high efficiency.
  • Develop formal agendas and coordinate administrative items, including visitor access and parking spaces, etc.
  • Manage audio/visual requirements (running slide shows, setting up VTC links).
  • Record, finalize, and distribute official meeting minutes/notes.
  • Maintain a high-level conceptual understanding of program financials to provide context for leadership briefings.
  • Provide targeted administrative assistance to the Lead Financial Manager, who retains primary responsibility for the detailed tracking and monitoring of funding sources and expenditures.

Desired Education:

  • High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.

Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as described in the duties
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments

Desired Skills:

  • Microsoft Teams (Administrator level), SharePoint, Outlook
  • MS Excel (Spreadsheets/Gantt charts), PowerPoint, Word
  • Project Planning Tool (PPT), IPDM, CRIM, OpsCenter
  • Navy ERP (High-level assistance for Financial Lead), Microsoft Lists

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
