SAIC is Hiring a Contracts Principal-Lead Federal Contracting with Impact (Remote)
Are you a seasoned Contracts professional passionate about driving impactful solutions in federal contracting? SAIC is seeking a Contracts Principal to lead contracts and proposals with U.S. Government agencies, primarily serving the Civilian Markets community. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a difference by managing complex contracts in a mission-driven environment while working from anywhere.

Your Role at SAIC

Proposal & Contract Management:

• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of multiple contract types, including Cost Plus, Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and Task Order contracts.
• Compliance Excellence: Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Expert Advisor:

• Provide management with guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretations of terms and conditions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary liaison with senior internal and external personnel, ensuring smooth coordination across organizations and strong stakeholder relationships.

Partnership Agreements:

• Draft teaming agreements and proprietary information agreements while managing data for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A degree may be substituted with 4 years of additional professional experience in federal contracts. Professional Certification (CPCM/CFCM) a plus.
