SAIC is seeking a Master’s level intern to provide year-round support for Business Relationship Management (BRM), Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Enterprise AI Workforce Transformation initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology adoption, communication development, process improvement, and change readiness activities across the organization.
The intern will collaborate with cross functional teams to document processes, support AI learning program execution, develop communication materials, coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts, and assist with project tracking and analysis. This position is ideal for a graduate student interested in organizational change, business analysis, communications, and emerging technologies.
This is a year-round paid internship opportunity. Position is available as fully remote or hybrid if located near an SAIC office. Employees should expect to work 20-40 hours per week during the duration of the internship and will need availability M-F during core business hours.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Organizational Change Management Support
Assist in documenting new or updated business processes, workflows, and roles.
Support development of change management plans, impact assessments, and readiness materials.
Help prepare slide decks, workshop materials, and briefing content for leadership.
2. Communications Development
Draft clear, user-friendly communication products (announcements, guides, FAQs, newsletters, talking points).
Help identify appropriate communication channels and coordinate reviews and updates.
Support communication activities for enterprise technology and AI related rollouts.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Assist with stakeholder mapping, issue tracking, and engagement logs.
Coordinate surveys, collect feedback, and summarize insights.
Help plan and support workshops, focus groups, and project meetings.
4. Project Coordination & Analysis
Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, action logs, and status reports.
Support meeting preparation: agendas, notes, scheduling, and follow ups.
Assist cross organizational coordination for BRM, OCM, and transformation initiatives.
5. Business Relationship Management Assistance
Document intake requests, requirements, and customer needs for BRMs.
Help maintain knowledge repositories, guidance materials, and user facing content.
Support identification of service experience trends and improvement opportunities.
6. Enterprise AI Workforce Transformation Support
Assist in coordinating AI related training programs, learning pathways, and readiness activities.
Draft communications promoting AI literacy, responsible AI practices, and learning opportunities.
Support logistics for AI clinics, workshops, office hours, and employee engagement events.
Help develop learning experiences, including hands on labs, challenges, or innovation events.
Track and report program metrics, participation rates, and readiness indicators for leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active enrollment in an accredited Master’s program with a concentration in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Leadership or Management, Science in Information Systems (MSIS), Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Technology Management, Public Administration (MPA), Communications, or other related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex topics, especially emerging technologies or AI, into plain language.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking tasks and timelines.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Coursework or practical experience in change management, business analysis, organizational psychology, communications, or AI literacy.
Proficiency using collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI (MS365 Copilot, Google Gemini, etc. )
Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
