SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Lead to join our talented team at NSWC Crane, IN.

The FSR Lead will coordinate schedules between the customer and supporting team members, including schedules, travel documents and requirements. The candidate will also perform regular FSR duties such as repair and maintenance actions on C-UxS systems, C-UxS subsystems, other integrated platforms and equipment or components at CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.

The additional FSR duties are as follows:

  • Troubleshooting Networks, Radios, Radars, EO/IR cameras
  • Provide system installation and initial Operator Training for C-UxS systems at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Inspect, test, and perform necessary maintenance actions to keep systems operational to specified condition codes.
  • Perform reconditioning, sustainment and repair of retrograde materials to include: cleaning, operational testing, condition code sentencing.
  • Familiar with and use measurement tools and devices such as multi-meter, ammeter, torque wrenches, etc.
  • Follow and understand wiring diagrams, drawings, and other schematics.
  • Understand and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and networking issues.
  • Analyze problems, and report in a timely manner via electronic communication methods, and sustain fielded assets. Provide weekly reports and situational reports on system condition code and pertinent information while deployed in the Area of Operations (AoR).
  • Develop and report maintenance actions while sustaining, repairing, and troubleshooting. Report via internal reporting processes.
  • While deployed OCONUS or fielding CONUS, direct engagement with the Customer is always present. Professionalism and proper image is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel to hazardous or conflict zones with 48hrs notice

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma/GED and 3 or more years experience
  • Security+ Certification
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Interim clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
