SAIC is seeking a part-time Training Analyst Consultant to support our team in Huntsville, AL.
This position is 100% remote.
The Training Analyst Consultant will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate Cybersecurity Curriculum Content
Conduct needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation criteria
Instruct and organize course content in educational institutions
Develop and deliver learning activities, demonstrations, course content, materials, and visual aids
Create and support various instructional formats (lecture, lab, CBT, WBT)
Develop exams and evaluate participant's learning outcomes
Monitor and enhance training programs
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Required Clearance:
None
Required Skills:
Review Tech+ Curriculum units and make suggestions to the SME team
Work with the SMEs to create / modify content as needed
Work with the content review team to make sure all activities and labs have been reviewed
Work with the instructional design team to review any material they need reviewed or modified
Provide status of curriculum development to the SAIC project manager
Keep the curriculum team on the timeline for completion
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
