SAIC is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing administrative documentation and supporting the team in meeting critical mission objectives. The position combines administrative, operational and analytical responsibilities to enhance efficiency and support successful development and execution of the program.
- Meeting representation for design reviews, technical meetings, and program status reviews.
- Provide document and data support.
- Create and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project funding.
- Update spend plans.
- Request set up for NWAs.
- Provide labor NWAs weekly.
- Update and maintain PPT.
- Provide inventory management support.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience.
Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and established policies and procedures - Eagerness to learn industry practices and standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, project leaders, and team members.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain active secret.
