  • Conduct annual plan review tracking
  • Coordinate and schedule recurring and ad-hoc meetings
  • Provide active logistical coordination and scribing/logging support
  • Oversee and routinely validate enterprise-wide incident response rosters and notification distribution groups
  • Administer the day-to-day corporate review and approval process for employee international travel
  • Design, organize, and maintain SharePoint folder structures and document libraries
  • Ensure dashboards, intranet resource pages, and document links remain current
  • Follow corporate crisis processes to account for missing employees
  • Assist in tracking risks status, reviewing risk entries to ensure that all risk information is current and accurate, and issuing reminders for delinquent submissions.
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc risk reports to management when necessary.
  • Support the maintenance and update of the risk management tool.
  • Work closely with other risk team members and risk owners to gather risk information and support the alignment of monitoring activities.
  • Assist Enterprise Risk Management training initiatives by preparing materials to support processes and tools used to risks and monitoring status.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or a Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience.
  • Must have the ability to obtain SECRET clearance. Offer is contingent upon an interim Secret clearance before start date.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
