Description

SAIC is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. This position will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory/strategy and implementation services.

This position is contingent upon contract award anticipated for this summer with expected start fall of 2026.

This role must be performed in the United States and will be remote. There may be occasional travel to customer site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication plans to support project initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Create clear, engaging, and informative content to communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of information across the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align communications with project goals.
• Ensure the clarity and consistency of messaging throughout the change initiative.
• Support the creation of communications materials and products, such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in creating communication materials and products for past projects.
• Experience with large scale communications efforts, preferably in relation to a change management initiative
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge, interest, and experience in delivering communications related to cloud technology initiatives.
• Experience with Technical Writing

Target salary range: $60,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
