TRISTAR is seeking a Task Manager for our government customer in Bloomington, IN

• This Task Manager will help manage a multi-vendor TRISTAR Team on a program with over $$M per year in revenue
• Help Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance to achieve performance metrics and customer requirements defined in the contract
• Effective communications with NSWC Crane senior management, technical director, senior management of TRISTAR and subcontract partners
• Knowledge of effective management strategies. Ability to interface with TRISTAR Project Control Analyst staff to provide the customer with accurate cost and schedule performance information

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall program support definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans
• Responsibility for supporting the formulation, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs

• 5 years professional experience in program/project management
• Managing diverse teams
• Supporting multiple customers concurrently
• Knowledge contract funding and data deliverables
• Availability to travel up to 10% Annually
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Must possess active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Education and/or Certification

• BA or BS Degree
