Description
TRISTAR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our NSWC Crane customer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical operations by analyzing data, tracking maintenance activities, and supporting fleet assessments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to supporting our customer.
Key Responsibilities-
- Assess large datasets and provide meaningful insights to the government customer based on specific metrics and performance indicators.
- Monitor, report, and track CASREPs (Casualty Reports) through to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests to optimize resource allocation and operational readiness.
- Support scheduling and coordination of Battlegroup assessments.
- Participate in daily Fleet Support meetings to provide updates and coordinate activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Project and Microsoft Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field; prior Navy experience is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
-Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
