Description

TRISTAR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Marketing and Social Media Manager to support all TRISTAR locations. This key role will help grow and strengthen the TRISTAR brand through creative marketing strategies, industry awareness, and meaningful customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with TRISTAR’s leadership team to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that elevate our presence and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of marketing support tasks for all TRISTAR leadership.

· Analyze and execute new marketing strategies to further grow the company.

· Maintain and grow online presence for all TRISTAR Social Media platforms.

· Provide weekly detailed report of Social Media growth and engagement across all platforms.

· Stay up to date with current trends while maintaining a professional representation of TRISTAR when posting any content.

· Produce creative and innovative marketing content to build the TRISTAR name.

· Interact with customer and follower responses, to grow our online community.

· Ensure all marketing materials and messaging is consistent with TRISTAR branding and is up to date.

· Conduct research on industry market, to familiarize and utilize knowledge to advance marketing strategies for TRISTAR.

· Support Event Committee with event tasks related to marketing, promotion, and communication.

· Coordinating internally within TRISTAR to ensure all data and information is current and up to date on TRISTAR public website.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Ability to adjust to fast-paced and changing Social Media landscapes.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to conduct creative and engaging marketing related content across all social media platforms.

Requirements

· Proficient with Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.

· Strong ability to interpret data and execute marketing plans accordingly.

· Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experienced Creativity and Innovation to develop engaging content on all platforms.

· Skill with Engagement Tools for Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.

· Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once, while prioritizing time-sensitive actions.

· Bachelor's Degree, or ability to obtain one.

· Must be a US Citizen.

· An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.
