Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Technician V to join our team as a Technical Lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing technical activities across multiple locations, including Crane, IN; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; and other designated OCONUS/CONUS sites as required. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and execution of technical tasks related to the contract. This is an excellent opportunity to lead technical teams and contribute to critical operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Coordinator for all technical activities related to the contract.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision, and technical leadership to workforce teams at Crane, IN; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; and other assigned locations.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical tasks, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, military personnel, and other relevant parties.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of technical activities across multiple sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational readiness.
  • Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles within engineering or maintenance environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Familiarity with contract management and technical compliance standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments.
Requirements
  • 1 Year of experience with AN/SLQ 32 V6 System.
  • Experience working Causality reports (CASREP).
  • Experience with reporting daily activity report tracker (DART) and System Progression Activity (SPAT).
  • Experience with distance support in accordance with Joint Fleet Forces Maintenance Manual (JFFMM).
  • Experience with on board Tech assist (OBTA) with the JFFMM).
  • Experience with performing SOVT, PICO, CSAT's, CSSQT.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Education:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2-4 Years Experience
