True Rx is seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth and Retention Strategist to lead and enhance our client renewal and retention processes. This hybrid role combines client retention expertise with sales support, focusing on developing a proactive renewal pipeline while working cross-functionally to identify churn risks before they materialize.

You’ll collaborate across business development, client experience, analytics, and contracting to refine processes, boost retention KPIs, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a client renewal pipeline aligned with business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all clients are on a contract-aligned renewal schedule

  • Design and implement standardized reporting for client renewals in partnership with IT

  • Maintain CRM data integrity and recommend enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)

  • Track and report on retention metrics, at-risk accounts, and overall client portfolio health

  • Proactively identify churn risks and support internal teams with mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate contract renewals and amendments through to execution

  • Stay current on PBM industry trends, competitor activity, and client expectations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Background in sales support, client retention, or account management

  • Experience in PBM or healthcare-related organizations

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategy

  • Proven success in improving client retention and reducing churn

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
