We’re Hiring: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor QA team members while driving best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate across teams (developers, product managers, analysts) to design smart test strategies and set acceptance criteria.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver (Java), Cucumber, TestNG, and Appium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS DevOps).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing to ensure complete coverage.
• Troubleshoot, analyze failures, and provide actionable feedback that moves projects forward.
• Stay ahead of the curve by recommending and implementing new tools and automation technologies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years in test automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong coding background in Java with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, and Appium.
• Experience testing both web and mobile apps (iOS + Android).
• Knowledge of REST API testing and tools like JMeter, Postman, or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
