Position Overview:
At TrueScripts, we are revolutionizing pharmacy benefit management with a fully transparent and conflict-free approach. As part of our Marketing and Product Development team, you will contribute to a growing and dynamic organization dedicated to innovation and excellence. We’re looking for a digitally savvy and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in either a fully remote or hybrid (Washington IN) capacity. This junior-level role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple marketing channels. You’ll play a key role in executing digital campaigns, managing and developing content across platforms, and supporting brand consistency. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, promotional strategies for events, email campaigns, social and paid media, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and support marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO/GEO/AEO optimization, and landing page creation to support lead generation and visibility.
  • Work closely with business development, product development, and client success teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives.
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social platforms. Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and audience needs.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support internal initiatives by creating engaging communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and team updates.
  • Ensure internal alignment with external marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Intermediate proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., emfluence, email marketing tools, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Some Spanish fluency (reading/writing) is helpful, but not required
